QariAI is an AI-powered Quran learning app for Tajweed, Hifz and recitation practice. It listens to your recitation and gives feedback with phoneme-level analysis, supports Hifz practice, and includes Quranic games such as Qur’an Quest. It is currently available on Android and is free to download and start.
QariAI is for beginners learning to recite with guidance on each rule, daily reciters who want to improve steadily with short sessions that target weak spots, and huffaz who want to protect their memorisation by reciting from memory and catching the words that start to slip.
No. QariAI does not replace a qualified teacher. A teacher remains essential for transmission, expert correction and long-term guidance. QariAI supports repetition, recall checks and focused review between lessons, so you can bring recurring mistakes and questions back to the person guiding you.
QariAI is built specifically for Quran recitation. It analyses your recitation at phoneme level and gives feedback on 16 Tajweed rules, with a Hifz mode, a Mistake Heatmap and Personalized Drills. General-purpose AI tools are not built around these recitation-feedback and Hifz-practice features.
QariAI combines several things in one app: phoneme-level Tajweed analysis with mouth and tongue positioning guidance, Hifz practice that separates omissions, substitutions and additions, Personalized Drills, structured 7-day plans and Qur’an Quest. It is designed for practice between lessons and complements qualified teachers.
You recite, and QariAI analyses your recitation at phoneme level, comparing the expected and actual sound for each letter. It detects and explains 16 Tajweed rules, with mouth and tongue positioning guidance. The Mistake Heatmap shows where to focus, and Personalized Drills let you practise only what matters.
In Hifz mode you recite from memory, and QariAI shows memory accuracy, omissions, substitutions, additions and the words to review. It tracks recurring weak points so you can focus on what needs more repetition. Hifz practice and tracking are part of QariAI Pro.
QariAI is free to download and start, with one AI-coached recitation per day on the free tier. QariAI Pro costs £1.99 per month, £19.99 per year, or £71.99 once for lifetime access. Prices shown are UK prices and local pricing may vary. Purchases are completed through Google Play.
QariAI is currently available on Android only. You can download it from Google Play, where it is free to download and start. Optional QariAI Pro purchases are completed securely through Google Play. Other platforms are not available at the moment.
Your recitation audio is processed by the AI to give feedback and is stored only for the duration of your session unless you choose to save a recording. It is never used for advertising. Anonymised, aggregated audio may help improve the AI, and you can opt out in your account settings. QariAI states that it never sells your personal data.
QariAI lists English, Arabic, French and Malay as its supported languages. The qariai.app website is published in all four, and customer support is available in the same languages by email at salam@qariai.app.
